Candle Care

For the best candle experience: The first burn matters!

Be sure to allow your candle to burn for at least 2-3 hours so you can achieve [close to] a full melt pool before extinguishing the flame.

Grab a pair of narrow nosed scissors, or wick trimmers and trim the wick about 1/4 of an inch before re-lighting. Do this every time. Trust us lol

What's your usual processing time? +

1-2 business days for standard candles, and up to 3 business days for custom candles!

What are your business hours? +

We're likely available until 8PM EST on most days, but on Sundays...we are absolutely *not* available!

What shipping provider do you use? +

We use every standard provider including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. it really depends on order size/quantity and urgency.

What's your return/refund policy? +

Since everything is considered limited edition all sales are final--no refunds. If something arrived damaged and you're being honest about it then capture a pic of the damage *and* contact us in a *timely fashion.* If it happens continuously, or if we suspect this is being exploited then you may have to report, or reach out to your local shipping provider (We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS).

I want a free candle. How can I get one? +

Look... Nothing is free lol, but tell you what: If you want a "free" candle then join us at church! We attend Roswell Assembly of God (Roswell, GA). Simply message me on any platform at least one day in advance, and meet me in the lobby after service. It starts at 10:30am on Sundays. Limit 1 per person and only for the 1st visit... You also might get one for free randomly for spotting me in the wild whether it's church related, or not . Good luck :]

Do you wholesale? +

Yes, but only with other smaller business at the moment. Stay tuned for updates.
